Shipping & Returns


Most of our items are made to order therefore, please allow the following time frames for your order to ship:

3-5 business days - Soaps, Candles, Wax Melts, Apparel 

1-2 weeks - Doormats, Wood Round Door Hangers and All Custom Orders

We are closed on all major holidays.

Currently we are only shipping to US areas only.

Please make sure your shipping address and email are correct when placing an order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered by mail carriers but have not been received. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. We reserve the right to cancel a order prior to shipment.

Some of our items are very fragile and are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipment. Even though we try our best to get items to you safely, please know that we have no control over how USPS will handle your items during transit. 

In extreme heat, wax melts and candles can melt and melt and pour soap can soften. Damaged wax melts and soaps will still function the same once hardened in a cooler temperature and can still be safely used. To avoid sitting in the heat for long periods of time, candles will only ship Monday-Wednesday in the summer months. 

Please be cognizant of the arrival dates of your shipments and do not leave delivered items sitting in mailboxes or on a porch in extreme heat for long periods of time.



Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order or if there is a problem with your order, please contact us at for a reasonable solution.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to sanitary reason, we do not offer returns or refunds on any opened or used soap item or any custom orders. 

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If unused item is returned for any reason other than our error, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges. If item is not returned in its original condition, no refund will be given.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
